We, Petzzco Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are the owners of the website www.petzzco.com (the “Website”) and a web-based and mobile based application ( the“App”) named Petzzco together referred to as the platform (the “Platform”).

The Platform offers an interactive community for pet owners and pets, additionally allied products and services are offered through the Platform via third party partners (the “Partners”). Allied services facilitated through the Platform include pet emergency services, appointments for veterinary services, pet grooming services, pet boarding and hostel services, dog walking services, purchase of pet supplies via e-commerce and other such pet dedicated services. The Platform also offers access to various engagement features such as pet dating services, access to pet information, detailed guides and blogs for pet owners, and other such services to help pet owners and enthusiasts get complete information about pets. The Platform aims to be a one-stop shop mechanism for users (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your” or “User”) and develops services to ensure that all pets related needs are fulfilled (“Services”).

We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal information collected on the Platform. This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth how we collect, use and protect the personal information collected on the Platform.

  1. “User Content” shall mean and include data including but not limited to pet profiles, contributions to various communities, comments, blogs, images, posts, status posts, advice, Pet Information [defined below at clause 3 (iii)] other information uploaded by the Users on the Platform.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information and non-personal information about the Users collected and controlled by the Company, through the Platform. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following are the types of information collected on the Platform

  1. “Personal Information” For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be used to personally identify the User such as but not limited to User’s name, age, gender, address, telephone number, location, e-mail address, government issued identification, social media handles, images and pictures with their pets and similar other information and other data that Company directly/indirectly may collect through the Platform or through any application, which User grants access to the Company.

Technical Information: We may also collect some technical information which includes and is not limited to internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access the Platform.
  3. “Pet Information”: For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Pet Information” means information that relates to the Users pet. Our Platform collects pet related data voluntarily uploaded by you, the Pet Information includes name, age, gender, health conditions, medical history, User preferences for their pets, pet dating history, pet documentation, breed, lineage, User and pet preference for goods and services offered through the Platform, location data for dog walking services and other such pet related data.
  4. Payment Information: You may elect to pay for the Products and Services through our Platform, we may collect certain information such as name and email address to process your request. You will be required to provide certain payment information directly to our payment processing partners, including but not limited to your name, credit/debit card information. We do not access, store or collect your credit/debit card information.

 

  1. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use tracking technologies, analytical tools and cookies to improve our Platform and experience of our Users.

Google Analytics: The Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the Platform. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this Website are usually transferred to a server of Google in the US and stored there. In case of activation of IP anonymization on this Platform your IP address from Google will be truncated within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the US and shortened there.   • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may in order to comply with our legal obligations/ court orders/ requests by Govt. authorities share Personal Information with legal and regulatory authorities.

 We will retain User’s Personal Information as long as it is required to be retained for the purpose of provision of the Services. We may also retain and use User’s Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

User’s Personal Information including User Content is stored on third party cloud servers. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of any Personal Information transmitted as our systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we take no liability or responsibility for it.

User is responsible for all the actions that take place under the User Account. If User chooses to share User Account details and password or any Personal Information with third parties, the User is solely responsible for the same. If User loses control of the User Account, User may lose substantial control over its Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions. It is User’s responsibility to keep User’s password confidential and secure.

  1. ACCESSING AND MODIFYING PERSONAL INFORMATION

In case User that avail our Services needs to access, review, and/or make changes to the Personal Information including User Content, User may do so by requesting the Company’s admin/ Users admin or may do so by themselves on his/her User Account.

You have the right to access your Personal Information in our possession, right to have us rectify or modify any such Personal Information, right to have us erase/delete your Personal Information, right to restrict us from processing such Personal Information, right to object to our use of your Personal Information, right to request to port your Personal Information, withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent to process your Personal Information, If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity or also contact you for further information in relation to your request.

Our Platform may contain links to other websites or platforms/ applications of your interest. Please note that we do not have any control over such other websites, and you will be accessing these websites at your own risk. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such websites/applications and those are not governed by this Privacy Policy. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, INFORMATION, DETAILS OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising, between you and us shall be submitted to the arbitration to be conducted in Mumbai, India in English language, in accordance with the rules of Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996, by a sole arbitrator, who shall be appointed by us, and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on you and us. Subject to the arbitration provisions, you agree that the courts in Mumbai, India shall have an exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
